Such a fabulous service. The flowers were delivered in a few hours from my order. But the personal touch they used was amazing, including calling me and sending a picture of the flowers. They were kind, sensitive to the situation and the flowers were perfect. Thank you

I'm very pleased about the delivery above mentioned flowers. It is very encouraging to find out that you inform about my order was delivered in time. There is the time difference between Australia and Czech Republic but it indicates that it has been done as I requested. It would be nice to see the picture of the flowers and maybe it could be suggestion for City Flora to email picture like that in the future. Anyway I thank you so much for very nice experience with your company. Best regards Josef Kristof

Very happy with the flowers sent as "florists choice" for my friend. She sent a pic & I could see the florist had chosen flowers fitting the special/personal description I had written. There are many choices of flowers & the purchasing process is easy with fair prices, clear instructions & quick delivery. Thank you.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to our good friends who were getting married in The Czech Republic, We live in the UK, we were invited but could not attend due to covid restrictions. I requested that the flowers be delivered before a certain time, I wanted my friends to get them before they left for the service as a nice surprize, sure enough I recieved a message from the bride thanking me before she left to get married, she sent me a photo the next day the flowers were absolutely beautiful, just as they had looked in the florists description photo. I am very pleased , my friends were thrilled, would most definately recommend City Flora

My mom was happy with the flower basket and was arrived on a time, but the card message I wrote for her, which suppose to be on a holiday card special for MOTHER"S DAY, was on a PLAIN PIECE OF PAPER - just plain piece of paper for the price$$ that cost...! I am quit unhappy about that ! I had a service with you before and I was satisfied with you but not this time(( I give you 4 star instead of 5
